Popular rapper , Armstrong Affum also known as Opanka has stated that Ghanaians are not open-minded and as such, he is careful when creating lyrics for his songs.
Speaking in an interview Opanka cited an instance where musicians have been affiliated to political parties due to their lyrical content.
“One thing about Ghanaians is that we are not open-minded so if you talk about some societal issues then you will be linked to a particular political party. If you say something that Favors some people then they conclude that you belong to party A or B .
“So there are certain things that when you want to say and you are not really careful abou it , your name will be tarnished “he added.
