Popular actor and filmmaker, Ken Fiate has made certain
vital statements regarding actors not taking the business aspect of the entertainment
industry seriously.
He said, some of the performers had the urge and focused
only on the performances and the fame, adding that this results in talents
leaving the business aspect which helps them earn money. He went on to explain
that the reason some old folks are living poor lives is due to so many reasons,
emphasizing on the fact that as a performer you are expected to live in a
standardized way which the money you earn doesn’t amount to such lifestyle.
He further explained that initially there were no laws that could help the actors earn some royalites from their hardwork. But currently there are laws that help the actors to have copyright and some royalities from their hardwork.
