CONSUMPTION OF SOLID FOODS AND DRINKS CAUSES HEALTH PROBLEMS – HERBAL RESEARCHER EDUCATES

The CEO of soul health and wellness center Nana Okogyedom Ntim Barimah educates viewers on Kantanka TV on wrong food combination.

Speaking in an interview with Abena Kyei Boakye the Fontonfrom morning show host, during the health segment, he said, the human body battels with a lot of diseases as a results of the kind of food combination we consume into the stomach.

Wrong food combination that needs to be avoided, includes: consumption of fruit with meal or afterwards, eating in-between meals, late night eating, overeaten, eating fruit after solid meal, combining of solid foods and drinks together and among others.

When it comes to dinner, the later you leave it the worse it can be for your diet – the optimum time for dinner is between 6pm and 6.30pm.

He advised that we eat on time, avoid late eating, eat well and drink enough water to prevent diseases.
