TRANSIENT ISCHAEMIC ATTACK A GATEWAY TO STROKE – DR. BLESSED FOSTER

The Chief Executive Officer of 21st Clinic Dr. Blessed foster has said that the gateway to Stroke is Transient Ischaemic Attack. He disclosed this on Kantanka Tv during an interview with Abena kyei Boakye on Fontomfrom Morning Show.

According to him Transient Ischeamic attack is a quick and short warning for
future Stroke. He disclosed that the warning takes a maximum of twenty-four
hours or short period and vanishes and can even happen when asleep.
He added that the main cause of the attack is when the supply of blood to the
brain is permanently disrupted.

He further stated that excess cholesterol in the body can also lead to this, therefore leading to Stroke.
In his delivery, he pointed out that some modern-day cooking oils, excessive
intake of meat and certain junk foods being taken can also cause blockages in the
veins.

He categorically stated that the signs of the Transient Ischaemic attack can be
numbness in the arm and face, difficulty in speech and walking, severe
headaches, confusion, sudden blurred vision, vision loss, double vision and
dizziness.

He therefore advised that individuals must be careful on their diet in order to halt
all these complications to acquire a good and healthy living.
