EVERY MAN NEEDS SEX TO SURVIVE – EFFA BAFFO SCHOOLS
According to research, sex has a lot more benefits than simply the feeling you get when it’s coming to an end. There are some real health benefits for men when they engage themselves in sexual intercourse. It is said that sex eases pain, eliminates stress, boost fertility, fights cold and flu, keep fits, prevents heart attack and lowers blood pressure which is scientifically proven. According to the latest studies, regular sex, that is one to two sexual intercourse per week can provide some incredible boosts to your health and wellbeing.
Speaking on the topic ‘cancer’ with Abena Kyei Boakye on Tuesday’s edition of the ‘Fontomfrom’ morning show on Kantanka TV, Researcher and Library Assistant at the University of Ghana Medical School, Effa Baffo Gyamfi schooled that, sex is not only pleasurable but it is medically also good for the human body.
According to him the benefits of sex range from slashing stress levels to lowering your risk of cancer and heart attacks. “This kind of connectedness does more than make you feel warm and fuzzy, it actually reduces anxiety and boosts your overall health especially for men”, he added.
Effa Baffo continued that men who have frequent penile-vaginal intercourse have less risk of developing prostate cancer. He further stated that, if one denies himself of sex for a long time, he naturally releases part of his semen in a wet dream so it’s good for both married men and bachelors to have sex.
“Irregular sex life can create congestion of the prostate so why live for six months without having sexual intercourse? Forget about the religious teachings on sex and concentrate on the health implications if you don’t have regular sex”, he indicated.
